New APC 14X10 on YS110S - Need Advice

I need some tech info, never had this problem before. Each time I have purchased new APC 14X10 props for this YS, I had to ream them out a little, fit and tighten great.
I went down to the LHS, bought two new 14X10's. Came back, they both fit the shaft with no reaming. They fit up snug, but not that tight. Put on Tru-Turn spinner backplate, prop, washer with nut, it will not tighten as when I reamed out these props.
I am putting some grunt on it, seems like to tighten, but not to almost stop. Put the lock-nut on, it bottoms to the nut, then I have both of them turning to an almost stop. Something amiss? Is APC sending the prop's so you do not have to ream?
Am I OK here?
Advice and opinion's appreciated.

Thanks for address, Joe. I wrote to them, no reply yet. I fixed it. Attached picture is the washer I have been using. The paint is gone, only bare surface left. This was turning on the prop. I guess the paint, or looks more like a light powder coating, has worn off, leaving this shiny surface. It would not lock up. Put on new washer, same Tru-Turn type, tighten's right up.
I am not using a torque wrench, turn to snug tight. Lock nut after, all good. I remember Dave Brown back in the day, he would drill the prop hub, and the drive, (thrust) washer would be drilled, then a pin thru this. I guess for backfire, or whatever, not to throw a prop. I don't know how much he used that method, I did see it on one of his pattern plane engine's once.
