Yep, the tank is just vented to atmosphere. It's the same tube on your tank that would normally go to the muffler port on a glow engine, it just isn't connected to anything on the other end. I generally run a long vent line and wrap it around the tank once then out the bottom of the airplane. This helps prevent fuel from running out the vent as you push the airplane held by the tail, etc.
