Yes this is my first gas engine,The engine is mounted in a Dave Patrick Extrra330L. I was wondering if that was enough air going through my self, the front is open and it has a large opening in the bottom...... I have been out again running it this morning, I have it not running to bad,it starts alright cool but after it is run it takes awhile, i have been working on the low end needle valve and it has seemed to help.. I had the cowl off and notice when it is idling there is small drips of gas coming off the bottom of the carb? everything is tight, I cleaned out the carb,no dirt,and it was dripping before I took it apart.I'm heading to a fun fly tomorrow morning so I'm hopeing some of the more experence guys can give me a hand( teach me to set it up).I'll take suggestion I can get.
