Ok thanks guys the first thing im going to do is look for a better iron, im thinking 100-150 watt, the
one im using at the mo is only 20 i think so this could be half the problem.
Did you get your 5.5 bullets from the uk nick 30? i have found some on ebay from the usa but could be
a while getting here what with the volcano dust etc.
