Got some progress done on it.

I cut the back part of the cank shaft off and trued the end in my lathe. I machined all the exess material off of the front plate.

I am going to test weld an extra piece of the crankcase that I cut off, If I can weld it I'll machine the carburetor mount and make my own so it's not so goofy to deal with. Or I'll just machine a block to fit this goofy mount out of PTFE.
