After landing a cross wind spun her around while she was still moving too fast to turn and she came up on one wheel dragging the wing tip and the tip of the elevator. With the hidden hinge line the hinge knuckle is in the center of the radius of the elevator leaving a length of the barb in the stab portion being suceeptable to a lot of leveraging. Ill try and take a pic of the scrapes on the bottom side of the elevator and you can see it had a lot of force applied to it.
