has any one had any problems running 3s in the dx 450 ie lvc , parts not holding up to the power, ect. with the stock motor , mine seems to be really slow and could use some power it seems or maybe my rear tire is just slipping to much not sure, or should i just get a faster motor???????????? anything helps thanks.
I just ran mine for the first time on sunday with a 3s. I ran in a grass field and couldn't figure out why it was popping wheelies all the time and I was having an awful time controlling it. After the lvc shut down, I found i had a 3s in the battery box..not a 2s like I thought I had, which explained the power. Make certain you have cleaned all that oil out of the inside of the tire (use some Dawn dish soap or something and let it dry out).
