I have a cmpro corsair 120 that I'm outfitting w/ sierra 100 degree retracts and a dle 30.On installing the sierras I realized I'll have to cut a large portion of the wing joiner to make enough room to fit.I've even moved the retracts toward the leading edge of the wing but still the cylinder and frame are sitting half way through the joiner.All thats really going to be left of the joiner in that area is 5/16 at the top of the joiner and nothing at the bottom.Is that going to be enough to support the outer wing under stress? If anyone has ran in to this and has either a solution or has proven this set up air worthy I would be glad for the insight.
