check to see that when the chopper tail is stationary that the servo control arm is in the center of its throw and parallel to the coresponding arm on the tail...

what could be happening is that the controls are binding when the stick is moved right.

make sure that the servo and all linkages are moving freely.

also like everyone says here see of you can find an expirienced pilot to help go over your machine.
