I hate to ask this, but are the tail blades installed in the right direction? Are they rotating in the right direction? They may seem like stupid or obvious questions, but with the problem you are having, it is time to start from the beginning and work forward....checking every little thing. Was there another gyro in this heli previously and if so, how did it fly?
