ORIGINAL: sevoblast

If anything, looks like it was a field mod using what looks like very late Panther parts. However, the KT is suspiciously picked clean, nothing on the sides, no track hangers on turret, small access plate missing, and seems to be standing on rock hard ground with no evidence of him moving to his location, IOW the entire vehicle is standing on top of the ground, no sink in at all, no dirt on the tracks, nothing. Hmmm.
Also, look at the center outer wheel. Seems to be undersized, or is that an optical seclusion?
Still, an interesting mod.
Oh yeah, and the early/late single link tracks, witness the 18 tooth sprocket, so he's after Oct '44.
