Yup. Rivet nailed it, it's a Porsche KT. The single link tracks were used on them and a very few of the Henschel KT's in the beginning, then they went to the double link, and from Oct '44 on many of the KT's reverted back to single link with the 18 tooth sprockets, and if memory serves from researching production also started with the single link tracks about that time.
You are correct on the med truck. I missed that in my first look at the KT, concentrating on the KT itself.
