Thanks for pointing that out. I have addressed this issue with my DVP. We'll see what we can do about this.

BTW, you should have been able to print out proof of membership from joining online and received an email with membership verification. IIRC, I did get an email with a temp date in it. But it's been in a while so don't hold me to that.

We'll definitely work on the welcoming email though.
