Default RE: removing ultracote adhesive

I just found a cheap way to get the color layer left behind when you stip off the china coat and the clear comes off but not the color. Save your scraps of monocoat or ultacoat and then iron them down over the color patches then lift it off, color comes with it leaving the bare wood. Small scrapes go a long ways as you can reiron the scrap with the color over more color , you can do that a few times and the color on the monocoat just gets thicker till it won't lift any more off time for a new piece of scrap. I just stripped the color patches off a 40 size plane in about a 1/2 hour.
