ok i took a better look at the pics, and your motor is able to come apart. remove the brushes (the 2 blocks held against the inner turning piece by springs), then remove the end cap, so you can see the piece that the brushes rub on, that is called the comutator. check for burnt stuff, back marks, broken wires etc. oh and take some pics of it all.
