Default RE: my new panzer III

Morning Mike, You know one of my concerns was taking this and that off to paint etc. I see by your pics and others that lots of tanks were weathered and painted with everything on them. Senile moment here but I can do that!!!

I have taken your sugestion about the Tamiya weathering paints and will try and find them localy or online. I spray cans of Krylon in my work area and that's it. lol I have a Pz4 I want to try things with. It is tan for the desert. I will try and post a pic of it.

I did all teh additions in the docs office while getting some surgery done. Phil got the tank to me just before and with medication and a cool doc and nurses, I was allowwed to bring it in the room with me instead of a....mp3 player etc.The nurse added some chains from her purse but they were a little large in scale. Look closely and see if you see Pershing parts and a trace of a glue gun...

Still I just love chains and think they used them but did not want us to know. They just look too cool not to be on the tanks.lol

Thanks for the ideas I have gotten from you and everyone here. I will try and do something with the Pz4 soon.

Phil will be giving me an update soon on my Pz3. I will let you and all know how it runs and looks.

Be well,

David
