Default RE: Hyperion LiPo's. Are they good?

The guy Steve, he flies a 25% Edge with two 6s 5000 Mah batts, just short of 50v at 5 amps! I have seen his plane go very near vertical with only a (at longest) twenty foot rollout. You will like the linearity of power that's available in electric flight. I do.
He also uses the new Hi-voltage servos, they sound like cb caps popping when he hits the sticks extra hard.
To go on for omoment: he was flying at the site with a wind of 15-18 mph from the south. Took off, went straight up. Hi altitude ws 80 feet or so, he backed down the power to where all of sue ther coudl see how r-e-a-l-l-y slow it was turning. Elevator was 45 degrees plus, Steve popped the power occasionanly, five of us on the ground had our jaws drop as we wathced the airplane flying v-e-r-y slowly moving northbound. Damndest thing (and I've seen a few things in my years) I'd seen in a long time, I was sold on electric power after that.
later,
Gary
