I know nothing about off brand Rx's but with all the units from the majors the servo plugs and the plug from the switch harness will be oriented with the black lead on all the plugs is closest to the outside edge of the Rx.

Servo plugs when plugged in bacwards will not harm anything they just will not work.

The crystal has no polarity issues.
