I know nothing about off brand Rx's but with all the units from the majors the servo plugs and the plug from the switch harness will be oriented with the black lead on all the plugs is closest to the outside edge of the Rx.
Servo plugs when plugged in bacwards will not harm anything they just will not work.
The crystal has no polarity issues.

From the picture you posted, the red "+" in the center corresponds to the battery red positive lead and the "-" is for the battery black negative. Most batteries follow this standard. If not, they may be marked with a "+" on one side and a "-" on the other side. Either way, hook the battery up that way.
The servos, most servos (there are some exceptions) the red is "+" and the black is "-". The signal line is the one on the left in the picture, closest to the center of the receiver, and matches up with the servo white (Futaba), blue (Airtronis), or yellow (Spektrum/JR). Others follow a pretty similar standard for a different color for the signal wire with the usual red/black or red/brown for the "+" and "-" leads.
Hook them up that way and you won't have any problems.
You need a crystal for that receiver, by the way. You will need one from the people that manufactured that receiver. One from a different source just won't work.

Ah.. you are using it for electric. Yes, the ESC powers up the receiver, but that plugs into the throttle slot. You will have to get the instructions for that receiver to find out what slot is for the throttle.
The two big holes are for the crystal or the "chip" as you called it.

Yes - it does need some special transmitter.
No - you cannot transmit with any 34.190mhz transmitter.
There are many pitfalls and no one here can help unless you are forthcoming with information like exactly what Transmitter, make AND model you are attempting to use. Same goes for picking out another Tx.
This is the reason its very bad form to start trying to mix and match a system together when you are new and most who do end up paying twice as much as if the had bought a complete starter system from the beginnings.
So what do you want to do? care to post all the needed info on the tx or a workable link so someone can try to trouble shoot?

Since both come with a Rx They are likely to work OK however I no nothing of the no name Ebay stuff and you need to be careful as these may be short range units for small park flyers and if thats what you want it for then fine but they may be at issue if you are going to pursue glow powered airplanes.
Also these are not full setups you will still need servos and what you get there will depend on what you are going to fly.

well i already do some flying and it`s with a cheap 4ch transmitter buy it works i don`t do more than 300m for sour i got a Cessna so it`s not an acrobat but i do wish to progress into acrobats and fast planes. the people at the club suggested a futaba fasst but it`s a bit too costly for me

If you have any aspirations at all for larger or faster airplanes I would not use any of those no name setups which are likely short range.
I would not want to make a recomendation for your location and the very best info will in fact come from those in your local club.

Any of the major brands are good.. Airtronics, JR/Spektrum, Futaba, Hitec, they are all just fine. Pick the one that suits your needs for the best price and go for that one.
One guide would be what most of the people at your local flying club or local flying field are using. That way you can get the best help. In my case, it just happened to be Airtronics. I now use primarilly Spektrum, I have a DX7 and a DX6i. Both are fine systems. It's up to you. Get what works best for you at the best price.

You might consider the Hitec Optic 6 radio. It is 2.4 ghz, but can be converted to 72mhz with a module. The 72mhz recievers are less expensive than 2.4 but still work fine as long as the people at your flying site don't turn on their radios without checking the frequency board. If you really want to go with low cost equipment, just buy a used 72mhz radio on a site like this. They are still good performing systems from major manufacturers and most are selling for about 1/2 what they cost new, some even lower.
