I did this same search about 2 years ago and came up dry. Both Hanger 9 and Great Planes had 1.20 size ARFS, but both are discontinued. Sometimes one will show up on e-bay or at swap meets.

Both make small Park Flyer versions now and I have the H-9 one. It flies great.

I started the same as you and have a soft spot for the PT-19, but unless you build from plans, you are out of luck. Hostetler sells plans for a 1/3 (1/4?) scale version that I know flies well and there are several other plans floating around that appeared in magazines years ago.

Dynaflite had a kit, (also discontinued) that you can sometimes run across. It, also was a good flyer.

But, other than that we are both out of luck.
