Whoa there, no need to get up in arms and break out your sword to defend the honor of the Home Depot. What I was saying was that the colors that ESM chooses as RLM 70, RLM 71, etc. do not exactly match something that you would get from a quality paint reproduction company like Warbird Colors. i.e. ESM's colors are probably not 100% accurate when compared to the original paint used on the full scale planes.

Uh no. Wasnt touchy at all. I felt I needed to correct a statement that appeared inaccurate due to how you worded it. Thats all. Had you originally specified your were referring to the colors on the ESM planes themselves not being accurate, there would have been no need for me to do so, but as your previous post was worded, the meaning came across clearly that home Deoot was not capable of matching the color of whats actually on the plane(ESM). All I stated was that they can.
I do agree with you that the Warbird Colors are definitely as accurate as you can usually get. With your revised meaning, I agree also that the ESM colors arent really that accurate to begin with(although pretty close for government work)....so buying Warbird Colors can end up with a mismatch.
So it comes down to again...go to a hardware store or paint store and have them color match the actual part.
For those in Norway...i dont know what an equivalent store would be thats like a Home Depot. Those are home improvement stores....so im sure Europe has things of that nature.
