Just an update from my question on paint selection.

I took my Stuka B version cowl in to Home Depot and had them scan it on their scanner. They were able to get the mix close enough for me in the sample size (7.25 fl oz.) container for$2.99.

The paint is flat mat water based instead of enamel which saved me alot of money.I could get the flat water based in the sample size versus the flat enamel that only comes in the quart size for about $18.00.

Wish I had thought about this before I spent $3.00 to $5.00 for the 1/4 oz tester's enamel paints in RLM flat colors. Oh well, I learn something everyday from this forum which I truly appreciate.

P.S. - irocbsa, I understood what you were saying when Iread it. I guess it could have been interpreted either way. In any case I got it.
