I have reviewed the offer you posted. I notice that it is less than what the seller is asking as he state the buyer is to pay shipping, but you have stated in your offer that the amount includes shipping. More than likely, the seller is holding on to your offer to see if anyone else makes an offer that matches what he has listed for the asking price plus shipping.

As stated in my first response. You can withdraw your offer at any time prior to the seller formally accepting it "without penalty". This means there are no marks or poor ratings on your account. If you withdraw your offer before it has been accepted (which at this time it has not), neither the seller nor the site will flag your account for having taken this action.
