no the are from a A 380, sorry I don't use US-hardware !
I do this modification for short landings on small fields.
We don't have so large runways like you in USA.
With this slotted flaps are steep descendings possible without high increase of the speed.

Fritz we fly of 100 meters(300ft) and need only half of this for landing.
