Hi Manny,
Say that your Flap cord is 3.4" wide.
At 25 degrees the distance from the TE of the Flap to the TE of the Wing would be 1.47"
At 45 degrees the distance from the TE of the Flap to the TE of the Wing would be 2.54".
If it is 70 degrees the distance from the TE of the Flap to the TE of the Wing would be 3.85".
