Here is the MS link for XP mode. your 80GB drive would be fine depending on how crammed it is. I would assume with the data drives you would have a lot of that 80GB free.

However, if you have 7 Home Basic...XP Mode isnt supported I dont think. You have to have Premium, Ultimate, or Enterprise.

I am running Enterprise 7 and only have an 80GB system drive and XP Mode runs fine for me.
