Seems now that the answer to your question has been posted and that the other answer to <u>how many know</u> it is kind of obvious to the subscribers to your thread. What is there left to discuss? Or do we just want to beat to death how much each district VP is allowed, is it fair, should it be reallocated differently, is it too much, is it not enough. Just give us a hint where you really want to go with this.
