Lift the plane by the nose and the rear of the fuse. If I'm alone, I might put a can under the prop so when I lift the tail, the spinner rests on the can. if the plane falls to one side consistently, add weight to the opposite wingtip until it either balances, or falls equally to either side.

Once you have determined how much weight is needed, secure the weight to that side (preferably internally)
