What has to be said is that this "adjustment" must be at the wing tip of the side that is light. The reason I say this is because I had to correct two flyers at our field that did the co-axial balance then added weight to the fuselage on the side that would have been the light side. The point is that they added it inside of the fuselage and not at the wing-tip where it is needed.

Sounds like it probably should have never been said because it seems so obvious, but there are those that will do just that.
