Need a litttle more info. What do you mean (THEY) and (SHOES)? There should only be one shoes and it shouldn't be loose. If you have movment on the shoe you should find out why. What do you have for a heli? My Raptor has 2 screws that hold it on and there is no play in it, and yes I would use locktite. I use the blue stuff so you can take it apart if you have to.
