For all of the hand tools, shovel, axe, bolt cutters, etc. use some skeletal arm and leg bones instead of wooden handles.
If you make the road wheels solid you could then paint some demon faces on each of them.
Need to convert the airsoft to a flame thrower, that would look real good coming from the skulls mouth.
