Default RE: Sky Master F-16 Conversion and Facelift

This conversion was a proof of concept and I am happy with the level of performance of the BVM EVF in a 22 pound airframe after fixing just one of the three intake ducting issues.  This airframe is 5 years old, has had three different power plants (P-70, TJ100, EVF 5612), and has had move damage repaired twice.  The turbine intake ducting was replaced with the ducting for the TJ100, which has also been replaced with 120mm intake ducting and the airplane has been repainted.  Because all of this has added weight and the newest version of the airframe is lighter out of the box than the version I have (when it came out of the box), I have decided to purchase a new airframe.  When the new airframe arrives, I'll continue on where I left off.
