Since you have flown before and been on the sim, a good honest plane that won't bore you is the Tower Kaos 40 ARF. Set to low rates it will take off beautifully, fly as directed, and lands almost by itself. It is the trainer I wish I had besides the the one I did use...a SuperStar. The Kaos will make you confident and not create a nervous condition. (Putting on flame proof suit)!
