may I ask some questions regarding assembly this kit ???

1. how to connect the turret bottom with Heng Long ring? the diameters of the ring and the turret seems to be different
2. how to modify the front of HL KV-1 which details should be removed or changed?
3. do I need to cut the one end of the barrel and barrel ring?- where ?- on the picture it is not shown -
is it posiible to drill the barrel to put inside flashing LED a t the tip of it?
4. what is the best method for cutting resin parts?

So I think it started out as the HL kv-1 and he added alot of Tamiya KV-1 electronics and was wondering what recoil he used or did he order the one that comes with the Tamiya KV-1 .
