The rules set forth by SEMPRA and CAPS are the same as the proposal RCR 11 7 with the exception of the use of a venturi instead of carb. At this point SEMPRA requires a carb. I would expect this to change by the end of the year. I think now is the time for cross proposals and then interem vote with the final vote at the end of August. Then it will be done.
