I have one that I flew with a OS 40VF on a pipe. It had plenty of power but never ran like I'd like it to. I think it was in need of a pump but the plane was a blast to fly. Very solid!!!
It's been probably 10 years since I built mine but I remember it being east and straight forward. I did put retracts in mine, Great Planes .40 size fit perfect.
