Default RE: digital vs analogue

I bought a Piper Cub a couple of years ago that had digital servos on it... I promptly removed them and replaced them with analog servos from an Extra300s that I own. I installed the digitals back into the Extra.. what a difference it made in the Extra. I had many flights on the Extra, but it made a difference that is hard to describe. I cannot tell the difference in the 80" Cub. I love flying digital servos for their precision. I would have to agree that beginners are wasting money buying digital servos. One crash and they can be history. So when you start flying snaps, spins, knife edge and rolling circles, you will appreciate the digitals.
