will you draw more amps with 30
then 20c ?? when i go 35 do i need
a bigger ESC! like 150 to 200??

It's the motor that pulls what it needs, not the batteries..
the batteries supply the amps to the esc that goes to the motor
if your motor pulls 1,000amps you will need a bigger esc, if it only pulls 40amps ????
