Stay away from Banana Hobby. They seem veryamateur conducting theirbusiness. Stay away from the clone "Sky Surfer" ..it's crap.Yes you can make itflyable, but you need to spend a couple of hours reinforcing wings, reapply glue..etc. Mine was abrushlessversion, verydisappointed. There is basically no customer support as other mentioned too. Their shipping rates suck and their productsas well.<div>I guess the name Banana Hobbysays everything.</div><div>I paid $146 with S&H..you are better of with www.hobbyking.com.</div><div>Regarding your problem: the transmitter is aChinesepiece of crap. You might as wellthrow it away. It caused me to loose control in less than 200 feet. I replaced it with Optima 6.Again, stay away from Banana Hobby.</div><div>

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Sky Surfer! It has many, many happy owners who have an extensive thread regarding its assembly, flight and modifications which I posted previously. You may want to take a look at that as it could potentially be helpful to you. Please let us know specifically what was defective on your Sky Surfer, as well as your order number and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
Thank you,
Saralyn C.

The truth of the matter is that the Sky Surfer needs additional work to make it reliable for flight.THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE!!! IT'S RTF!!! AND IS NOT CHEAP!!
