Default G-62 issues

Man I cannot believe the issues I am currently having with my G-62.
Had it running yesterday, once it poped it was good to go.
Ran it today and the same thing.
Then I ran up the engine, killed the throttle and it died. I tried to restart it but no way would it run at all. My right arm is about to fall off due to all the starting.
The carb is getting fuel on both sides, just nothing getting to the cylinder. I pulled the 2 panels off, blew them out and gave it another try. Still no joy. I am not to sure if it is the pump diaphram or not.
I put some fuel on the plug, inserted it, and she starts fine with 2 flips.
The issue is getting fuel into the cylinder, I think it may be a pump issue due to no fuel build up after priming at the choke but not to sure. It did have fuel build up but that does not seem to be happening, as it did yesterday.
Any help would be appreciated.
