I have flown my cap for about 25 flights now. i love the way it "floats". takes a little to actually get it to stall. i am flying it with the dle-55 with a 22x10 xoar now (after breaking 4 22x8 props)and it flies great. As for the landing gear, on mine, it has taken some pretty rough landings and is still fine. i have had no issues with it at all. i just had the little wooden blocks that glue to the firewall to hold the cowl on vibrate loose so i just drilled a 15/64 hole throught them and the firewall and pegged them with 1/4" dowl. we will see how that works.
