I do this with my engines.

Leave your throttle trim in mid position. Go to your throttle cut menu. Select your switch and positions. Adjust the throttle cut percentage. Then program the FADEC as you normally would but flip the switch to its idle and off positions. Double check the throttle values on your FADEC after programming.
