I have Magnum .28s in mine and it is relatively fast and fun to fly. There is a long thread on this site about this plane. I do have plans but am not sure how to go about getting them copied for you.
Plans are the easy part, you just take them to Kinko's, trouble is kit plans don't show the parts in profile so they don't work as builders plans. Because kits are almost a thing of the past you will see me harping about making templates for all your new kits. What can I say, I'm a broken record. Templates are just tracings of all the parts so you can cut your own kits.
Mike, Yep, that's the plane. I just happen to have two .35s and two .25s on hand and I'm looking for something fun to stick them in and I remembered the GP P-38. I thought they killed the kit and I wanted to do some bashing but I will start saving up and just get the ARF. I will ask around, maybe one of the guys at the field has one hanging on there wall?? Engines I have, plane count has gotten low!!!
