Ever consider going wtih one big single. I think if you go fast enough with the duel drives you start to cavitate at speed due to the hull running too high (surface drives). I'd switch to a single motor single drive with an offset rudder. Searching for hardware is kind of painful. Look around on ebay and post the links here of what you think might work.
