I sent a ECU to Jetcat to be serviced. I sent it USPS (US mail) Well dumb ***** me didn't put insurance on it. ''IT'S LOST''.....
I have called every 800 number that the postal service has to offer wondering where my package is. Same reply ''Don't No''. I no it's my mistake for not insuring it. BUT,,,, I paid and trusted the mail service to deliver my package. I mean, that what they do to stay in business. Why take out insurance to make sure the job is done right???
I am a carpenter and builder. I do not sell my customers insurance to make sure I do the job right......... My customers TRUST me to do the job right.
Oh well,,, I had to vent on this.
Just don't do as I have done....... Next time I will take out the insurance and use a different shipper.
