My NiMh usually peaks out at 11.6 or 11.7....in truth, I've never seen one higher than 11.7, not ever.

My Futaba 9C and Spektrum DX7 NiMH packs were usually around 11.9 right off the charger. It would drop after the radio was on for a few minutes, but that's where they peaked out at.
