Whats up with Dynamic Decals?
Has anyone dealt with them before? What kind of response have you had? I am a bit concerned about an order I placed on May 31st. I ordered 2 yards of Dyna Skin and paid Pay-Pal on that date. Pay-Pal showed the money was paid to them. As of June 11th I had still not heard anything from them. I looked on their website and there is no phone number to call them if there are any questions, so I sent an email as follows....
Hello Tony,
I sent Pay-Pal payment of $26 for 3 yards of your Dyna skin on 31 May. I also emailed you a couple days ago asking for the status of my order but have not heard from you, please call me at 813-XXX-XXXX so I can get a refund or my order processed.

Dear Denny,
Sorry for the slow response, I was out of town the last three days for work (the graphics unfortunately is only a side job).
I sincerely apologize for the delay. I was having troubles getting more material in to fill your order. I have resolved the problem and will be filling and shipping your order tomorrow. I also have included an additional 2 yds of material free as a thank you for your patience.

A nice enough reply, but as of June 19th, There is still no word or product.

Hello Tony, Please cancel my order for Dynaskin. Its still not here yet, I cant wait any longer. Its been 8 days since it was supposed to be sent out, I would like a refund thru Pay-Pal as soon as possible.

I still havent heard from him or had my money refunded.
I realize issues with suppliers can be a problem for him, but a lack of communication makes me wonder whats happening. A little bit of courtesy would go a long way. Does anyone have a phone number for Tony at Dynamic Decals?
Has anyone else had not so pleasant dealings?
