Whats up with Dynamic Decals?

Has anyone dealt with them before? What kind of response have you had? I am a bit concerned about an order I placed on May 31st. I ordered 2 yards of Dyna Skin and paid Pay-Pal on that date. Pay-Pal showed the money was paid to them. As of June 11th I had still not heard anything from them. I looked on their website and there is no phone number to call them if there are any questions, so I sent an email as follows....
Hello Tony,
I sent Pay-Pal payment of $26 for 3 yards of your Dyna skin on 31 May. I also emailed you a couple days ago asking for the status of my order but have not heard from you, please call me at 813-XXX-XXXX so I can get a refund or my order processed.

I emailed Tony and he responded by email as follows....
Dear Denny,
Sorry for the slow response, I was out of town the last three days for work (the graphics unfortunately is only a side job).
I sincerely apologize for the delay. I was having troubles getting more material in to fill your order. I have resolved the problem and will be filling and shipping your order tomorrow. I also have included an additional 2 yds of material free as a thank you for your patience.

A nice enough reply, but as of June 19th, There is still no word or product.
I again emailed him (since I couldnt call him) as follows...
Hello Tony, Please cancel my order for Dynaskin. Its still not here yet, I cant wait any longer. Its been 8 days since it was supposed to be sent out, I would like a refund thru Pay-Pal as soon as possible.

I still havent heard from him or had my money refunded.
I realize issues with suppliers can be a problem for him, but a lack of communication makes me wonder whats happening. A little bit of courtesy would go a long way. Does anyone have a phone number for Tony at Dynamic Decals?

I called the number for Dynamic Decals, and the number is not a working number, not looking good as far as a legitimate business. Maybe thats incorrect, maybe there has been a family emergency or something..... I will post how this turns out so others will know in case they want to do business with Dynamic Decals. I am sure there must some problem, they wouldnt be in business long if many transactions like this took place. I will give him the benifit of doubt, but I cant wait any longer for this product. At this point since I am unemployed at the moment, I could use my money back so I can use it for something else.

Oh well, worth the try,,,
I'd file a paypal claim asap, since your time is limited for filing a claim
If it gets resolved in the mean time that's all good, I did this for some motorcycle parts I bout a few years ago
Sometime just filling the claim gets the vendor to take action

Today I opened a Pay Pal dispute resolution. I sure hate to go to this length but since I cant contact Tony and he hasnt contacted me, I dont feel I have much choice. He has my phone number and my email address, but hasnt used either recently. I will post an update as appropriate.

Well, guess what finally came in the mail today? It says it was shipped on 18 JUN, not on the 12th as it should have been, a full week after it was supposed to be shipped. I havent opened it yet, but it looks like he included an extra two yards as he had stated. I am just glad I have it. Thank you Tony. A little communication when things dont go as planned would have gone a long way to make for a pleasant transaction.
