i would use regular lexan, do the black first,than mask the spots and do white, like they paint 1:1 cars.The mouth and tail, how about some vinyl or cotton cloth, stuff it with cotton, like pillow stuff, and than sew it into those shapes.Than just screw it to the body, or something like that.
