Hey there raffte, I dont have this heli anymore but I do remember shortening the linkages. You want to start from the bottom up. Start with the servos, then theswash and go up from there. Make sure the servo arms are 90. the mixing arms should be level to each other and pitch of the blade are at 0 degrees at exactly midstick on the throttle

you can setup this heli in several ways

1. you can set it up with the swash moving down for positive pitch (like the mini titan e325)
2. you can set it up with the swash moving up for positive pitch. fairly common among ccpm helis

I set mine up like my Mini Titan E325.</p>
